My entrepreneurial journey has indeed been an incredible experience, characterized by the establishment of two successful ventures. Last among them was Inbenta, a company I started as a solo endeavor in Barcelona, which later flourished into a multimillion-dollar enterprise specializing in AI and Natural Language Processing. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Inbenta's growth was fueled by a dedicated team and visionary investors.

Starting up

Building Inbenta presented a myriad of triumphs and challenges, as is customary in the entrepreneurial world. Amidst moments of achievement, there were also periods of uncertainty and setbacks. However, the camaraderie and mutual respect among my colleagues, investors, and customers made the journey truly enjoyable. Their unwavering support and dedication have been the cornerstone of our success, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.

The Exit

The true test came with the "exit" phase. Of course, this exit marked a significant milestone in my entrepreneurial journey, representing not only the culmination of years of hard work and dedication but also a tangible reward for the risks undertaken and the value created.

However, stepping away from Inbenta marked not only a professional transition but also a profound personal change. Overnight, I found myself disconnected from the bustling environment I had grown accustomed to during the last 15 years or so, facing the solitude often associated with entrepreneurial success.

Working as a Teacher

I'm privileged to collaborate with two esteemed business schools: EADA in Europe and ADEN in Latin America. EADA is renowned for its innovative programs and forward-thinking approach to leadership development, while ADEN holds a prominent position in Latin America, nurturing the next generation of business leaders with its comprehensive curriculum and commitment to excellence. Working with these institutions broadens my horizons and deepens my passion for education and mentorship.

Simultaneously, I witness the transformative impact of Generative AI on education. This emerging technology reshapes traditional teaching methods in unforeseen ways, placing me at the forefront of this revolution and allowing me to witness its implications firsthand.

Engaging in the executive education industry provides me with invaluable opportunities to connect with visionary leaders across diverse industries, gaining insights into real-world challenges and solutions. Through these interactions, I observe firsthand how AI is revolutionizing every aspect of business, fundamentally altering processes and strategies.

Moreover, my work in delivering executive education enables me to contribute to the development of future business leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in today's business landscape. This experience has also opened up new avenues for me professionally.

Thanks to the expansive networking opportunities afforded by my role in executive education, coupled with my in-depth understanding of AI, I've transitioned into a consulting role specializing in the deployment of AI solutions in business—a career path that was previously beyond my reach during my tenure as CEO of my former company.

Moreover, my work in education allows me to pay it forward by imparting the knowledge and insights gained from my entrepreneurial journey, empowering the next generation of business leaders.
